Dear Expers planners,
It is very time consuming job to allocated the Resources (Manpoer,Equipment & Material & Cost ) to each activity for the project having 4000 & more activity.

Can any one high light how to minimised this work by any Skill Excel ,Export/Import or any other ways.
Your guidance really save the planner frustation on resources loading.

    use P3 Ra example "Activity.xls" file to get and set resources loading.

    The P3 RA macros work with TeamPlan. Well I never knew that !.
