Dear moderator, if this is a "no spam", "no advertising site", why are recruitment consultants etc. allowed to ask questions????? Not that I care that much, just inquisitive.

    I’ve edited the post in question. I do not follow this forum as closely as some of the others and had not seen it before.

    Would it be possible for you to delete the text of posts you are replying to from your reply before posting? It is confusing to re-read posts at the bottom of your responses.

    "Signature" links are fine as long as the post itself is on-topic and contributes something to the discussion. The PP Team should be publishing a set of guidelines soon clarifying these issues.
