Does anyone have any hands-on experience with Outlook 2003 integration using MSP 2003. Are there any third party add-ons that make the integration easier or more usable ?

Thanks,
Roger

can you link resources to outlook- when you assign a resource it shows in their calendar etc?

I would like to be able to assign tasks via Outlook to a Resource’s task list. I would also like the resources to be able to update the task progress via e-mail as well.

"Roger, learn aspects of Primavera Post Office.

it works provided the receiver has ppo set up."

Therein lies the problem. Our office is set up on Outlook and we are pretty dedicated to using MSP so PPO is not a viable option.

    thanks,
    Roger
