Issue project data

I’m investigating into better ways of issuing data from my plans to the relevant parties. At present I must waste half a forest in print outs.
Can anyone give me info on how to approach the following:

I want a web page with shortcuts to each plan I’m involved with, when a user clicks on this link they open up a PDF version of the document so they don’t have to install ms project on their machine. I want the PDF version to be up to date all the time so I don’t have to convert anything manualy.
I’m after a PDF with; task names, start/finish dates, duration and % complete columns.

Is this possible with ms project 2000 ?

I always understood MSP2000 had all these facilities, take it up with microsoft, and let me know if you have any success.

Microsoft have something for your need.
Try project web access (PWA),project central or project server.
try to search on microsoft for more info.

    Hello,
not a very easy or quick task, but doable:
use the camera icon to copy each gantt chart you want to a gif file,
then save your project as a html file, use the standard html mapping, add the gif file
do it againg for each and every project.
Or use a third party software like projectreporter.
MS Project 2003 Server is much too complicated and expensive for the need you describe and is not compatible with Project 2000; MS Project Central is no longer available.
