Including a "Watermark" as Background with MSP

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can advise if it is possible to include a watermark on the background of a MSP gantt chart, similar to the way you can in Word?

I’m using MSP 2003, but cannot find anything in the help area that covers this.

I have previously put a text box ontot he gantt chart area itself, but as you play around with page sizing and time limits, this box moves around the chart.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

    Hi Hemanth,

Thank you for the suggestion - I have done this previously and it works for hard copies.

However, the problem arises when trying to print directly to pdf format to send to recipients who do not have MSP - I can set some of our printers up to print a draft watermark, but printing to pdf does not give this capability.

    Regards,

    Tony

MS Visio works very well for this, also. Right click on the image in Visio then Format -> Fill -> and adjust the slider for the Transparency setting.
