Milestones ignore calendars in Project 2007

Just found out another one of the many nasty issues with Project 2007, which I wanted to share with you planners.
In contrast to MSP2003, milestones do ignore task calendars when their duration is 0.
In contrast to proper project scheduling principles, you need to set the milestone duration(!?) to anything >0.005 days to make this work in MSP2007.

Which release of MSP 2007 are you working with?
I am using MSP2007 Pro Build 12.0.4518.1214 and everything is working fine.
You should check that you do not have any resource assigned to your milestone, or that the option "Scheduling ignores resource calendar" is active
