Problem viewing pdf file from Microsoft Project

Apologies if it’s been asked and answerd before.

We’ve exported a project from P6 to MSP for a client; opened the project to check it in our MSP (2007); plotted a pdf (846 KB, AA Professional); but when we try to view or print the pdf beyond page 1 the file closes...

Had similar problems with printing pdf prepared in MSP by vendors & subbies.

Anybody out there with a solution?

    Neil,
    Try to reduce the size of PDF by converting to lower version. Some fonts and graphics might not recognise by PDF reader. Also try to use MSP 2003 or lower. MSP 2007 needs higher memory.

    Hi Neil!,

    While converting into pdf , use the properties Tab of the printer and reduce the print quality to equal to or less than 300 dpi.
    This will work.
