Iam Searching For Project sample (Cement Plant)

Do you want to base your plan on the sample? If so I wouldn’t recommend using a plan from another project. Every project is unique - different resources, environment, goals, timelines and so on.

I always build each plan from scratch by working with my project team to:
1. build a work breakdown structure;
2. produce a workflow diagram;
3. estimate effort and
4. allocate resource.

By all means find a sample and used it is a checklist, but don’t be tempted to skip planning with your team.

Hope this helps.

Hi Tamzin

Welcome to Planning Planet

That was wise advice and in keeping with the opinions of the more experienced members of PP.

I am looking forward to more such input.
