Anyone can advice how to insert approval box in MS Project

    You could create the approvals box in MS Word as a table, then save as a JPEG, and insert that image in the footer?

    Can you tell me what you are

    Can you tell me what you are trying to accomplish and what do you mean by "approval box"?  Is this for tracking?
