Any recommendations for a free web based project management tool?

Looking at your requirements, I suggest Microsoft Project Professional 2010 which gives you a powerful, visually enhanced way to effectively manage a wide range of projects and programs. Project 2010 is a big jump in capability. It gives project managers a lot of visibility into project conflicts, overbookings, and under-utilization.

Hello,

that's a joke: MS Project is neither free or web based!
