UNIT PRECISION SETTING

I got problem about unit precision at p3 e/c;

when i updating an resource unit for example
Actual unit value = 10,981 but display 11

how can i set it to display 10,981

    Go to the Edit Menu and choose User Preferences.
    Select the Time Units tab.
    The top portion of the screen allows you to define formatting for units. Change decimals from 0 to 2. You cannot display units with 3 decimals.
