Simple problem in PPMv5.0
I can’t get the EV to equal the PV for completed activities.
I update by inputting the actual completion date by the calendar option rather than inputting actual duration but because of the software actual end date bug my PV has been reduced and whatever settings I choose I can’t get it to overwrite with new values

Oldest first- 0Alex Wong ·A plan value cannot change if the activity is already finished
And some planning condition is require in order to have the EV display correctly.
Ie. Actuals $ and Actual Hrs need to more than 0 in order to progress the activity.
You have to be careful with reverse a completed activity.
Suggest you copy the project and play a little bit prior to actually change the completed status
