How can I assign unit and quantity to the activity and use that in cash flow. say for example excavation of 100 cum with earned value of $5/cum

    Asif,

    I think your excavation is a BOQ item and you are to be paid against it. If this is the case then add your BOQ items as ’Material’ resources and put 100 cu.m in the BQ and 5 dollars in ’Rate/Unit’.
