Rajesh its like that, if you want to assign a resource to any activity, it has to be atleast 1 in quantity, it cant be zero, if you want to spend money u have to have that, otherwise u cant spend.
maximum u can give the no u want per day that is available.
i.e. the limit that resource would be available on any particular day.
