all activitys show 100% in the schedule % complete column but at summary lavel it shows 0%. the planned value labour units and budgeted labour units are the same value.

    Hi Richard,

    Check your resource if Price/Unit = 0 and your Budget Cost = 0. Work Around is to create a WBS Summary Activity for each WBS level and it will show the Schedule % complete total for each Summary.
