When resch’ my Baseline milestones move along

This may have been dealt before,But I dont have time to read through all the Forums.
I’ve baselined my programm, now I update it, then I reschedule and I see my activities baseline dates stay as baselined but my milestones dont. they move along with the re-scheduled dates. What am I doing wrong? is there a way of saving the baseline. Note I am working on a 54 projects portfolio.
Any quick help welcomed.
