Updating Schedule

Hi All,
i use Primavera v5.0
in our project, we are working as a consortium and after i did my updates on schedule, i sent this to our consortium scheduler to update their activities.but it takes time to get back. so at the same time i m continuining to do changes what i need in my copy. and when i get the other copy, i manually updating their changes.
Is there any software to update a schedule according to another copy of main schedule?
