Schedule % and Performance % Summery

Dear All,
I’m facing a problem in P6. I have a projects with baseline assigned. I tried to get summarization for performance % for the whole project and to same for schedule %. But it gives me zero at the project level, though I do have percentages in the activity level.

How I get schedule% & performance % for the whole project ?

    Came across this one the other week, and a bloke I know came up with the soloution.

    In a nutshell the fault existed for us when we deleted an activity out of the project which existed in the baseline.

    So you will need to carry out a new baseline and the missing data will be returned.

    I’m sure that’s how it went, I’ll check tomorrow.

    I do not know, but it dose not work. Stil facing the same problem. I’ve repeated the whole project,yet with no use.

    Wallla,
    I found it, I got the solution,
    I must assign resources with unit price even 1$, that is when the summery for S PCT% & P PCT% will be calculated.

    At least you fixed it.

    I’ll track the guy down at work next week if I remember and ask him what our problem was again, I thought it was the same but that didn’t sound like the same fix.
