Hi All,

I have converted P3 Schedule which the ( starting Date is 13 Mar 2006 & Finish Date 5 Feb 2009, Planned % was 74%) to P6 then I run F9 (Scheduling) Data date 21 Jun 2008 showing Schedule % Complete is 51%. So what is the reason behind the difference of % age, also I noticed that the remaining early start is 21 Jun 2008.

any can help solve this problem as i have to report to my compane soon.

    When you convert a schedule from one software package to another you are doing a data conversion not schedule conversion.

    All products have different algorithms and unless you are either lucky or have a very simple project schedule it is my experience that schedules will never calculate the same results in different products.

    You have to manually adjust calculation options, durations, leads and lags etc until the schedules look the same.
