Overhead Codes

Does anyone know any workarounds to remove overhead codes from view within the timesheet/teamplay module of Primavera?

I have many codes that are no longer used and would like to remove them from view, but know if they are just deleted that the actual data is lost.

Is is possible to create an xl report of past data and just replace the OH codes periodically? i.e. capturing all historic data in access or xl and just using Teamplay to collate the hours?

I refuse to use your marking system on the grounds that it might let you know your post is useless to me.

on a slightly more serious note, not having access to / or used the module myself : Itake it there isn’t the facility to mark codes ’inactive’, or filter them out?

You’re in IT now, have you tried turning it off and on again?

No such facility, it was/is an enhancement request!
