Hello
I was preparing a time schedule and I notice the following when I scheduled (Tools\Schedule or "F9") the project: dispite the durations are differents, the activities had the finish date as having one day duration.
Example:
Activity Name Start End Duration
Earth Movements 01.02.2009 01.02.2009 2 days
Excavation 02.02.2009 02.02.2009 8 days
What I did:
1. inserted activity (insert button)
2. inserted durations (column Original Duration)
3. inserted relationships (bottom pane of the workspace)
What I notice:
Dispite Original Duration is OK, in the Bottom pane of the workspace, Remaining and At Complete duration was one day.
Example:
Duration--------------
Duration: 5 days
Actual: 0 days
Remaing: 1 days
At Complete: 1 days
When I corrected this in each activity, I scheduled and I got the correct finish date.
Is this normal? Insertion of data can only be done in the Bottom Pane of the Workspace? (at least to work correctly)
Thanks,
AF
