Baseline Issues in P6

Hi All,
Hopefully you have an answer to my question. I have approx 40 separate projects in P6 that are baselined; the current and baseline are the same since we have re baselined the projects. When I open a single project the baseline and current look and indeed are the same dates. When I open two projects it seems to me that the baselines intermingle. This is only happening on 5 of my projects. I can open them alone but when I open them together the baseline dates are reading from one baseline. I will say the names are the same but that shouldn’t matter since they all have unique WBSs.
Any help would be appreciated.

If I understand you correctly, the names of your intermingled baselines are the same.
Could it be that you have assigned the same baseline project to these different projects ?
Or perhaps you are using the same layout for all the projects that show the same baseline ?
