Timesheet Actuals

I am trialing the Primavera timesheets and when we have processed them we apply the actuals to the plan but if we then schedule the system removes the actuals.
I need to keep the actuals from the timesheets and the ability to schedule.
Any ideas anyone on how to solve this?

    Just an idea: Have you tried to closeout the period?

    Sorry, in P6 is called "Store period performance". Read carefully the manual/help before using in a live database.
