Guys,

Sorry for asking this, how to print out the calendar in P6?

    P6 does not provide the facility to print calendar but workaround to show by putting a long bar at the top of your plan and using necking to show non work periods.

    Izam,

    better than a work around use comviz which looks into the database and get the out put from there. I have wanted P6 to do this like we used to do in P3 but in the end had to get one produce.

    "Comviz Calendar automatically calculates working days depending on the start day. These days do not include non-working days from Oracle Primavera P6 and the days marked as non-working. You can assign different colors and labels for the calendar days in order to create sofisticated calendars."
