FS RELATIONSHIP Confusing

Dear guys,
i was refering to the last years project. in the primary baseline bar plan.but there are some relationships which i cannot understand.
for ex i have A and B activities which has FS relationship between them.
there is no lag.
the A activity has FS to some other activity also C .
BUT IN THE SCHEDULE THE B activity is starting before the A activity has finished.
why is this happening.
please clear my doubt.....
