P6 version7 Baseline Error

Hello

I have the following problem on P6 version7. Can anybody help please?:

When in project view and the project baseline is set to , the BL Project Total Cost shows £126,000 when closed and £6,383,000 when open.

Any Ideas why this is?

    Andy,
    Project Window or View use summarized data and not Activity data. If you run Tools->Summarized-> Open Project or any of the three selections all freshly summarized projects will have fresh data from Activity Data.
