dear Guys,
when we apply the global change for the resources then will the change be effected to the present project which is opened or to all the other projects where this resource is assigned.
and i have assigned a UDF for the activities where the resorce changes has to be done. but in the global change tab i am not able to filter that UDF in the resourccce assignment section of global change.
is it neccesary to assign the activty codes to filter the activites ;
why is that the UDF cannot be filtered.

Global change will affect only the assigned resource to open project (Filter or non-filter) based on criteria.
If you are using Activity UDF it will not be present to Resource Assignment UDF because resource assignment has its own UDF. It is like Activity Code-> to Activity, Resource Code-> to Resource, Project Code-> to Project...etc...
