P6 V7 vs. 8

We are currently looking to migrate to upgrade to either of these from version 6.2.1.

Asside from the differences published by Oracle, are there any other things that I need to look at?

So I post this question to all you knowledgeable folks out there :

Which version would you upgrade (have upgraded) to, and why?
