Problem opening Portfolio in P6

Dear Team
I am having problems opening my OTHER portfolios, it says "The description cannot exceed the maximum length of 400 kilobytes". Everytime i try to open my OTHER portfolio the message appears and went back again to my previous portfolio, thus I can't open my other projects. Any clue guys how to crack this thing?
