Baseline dates

Hi

In p6 when a baseline is created from a schedule- start, finish date differ from BL start and BL finish for some activities in that schedule. Is there any reason for this. Please advise me.

    Basleline is always Baseline, start & finish dates will change after updating the schedule. It is because of actual dates insertion & rescheduling.

    It might be because there are

    It might be because there are actual dates in the baseline schedule. Change the earned value setting under Admin Preferences. (Instead of planned dates you can change it to Current dates).
