P6 Rel 7 Lag

Dear planners;

When I run the update on P6 rel 7 , some activities don't start directly after the precedor one (See pic below)!

The lag on the relationship=0, and no Constraint.

Why I get this kind of probleme?

    I can't see your picture, but

    I can't see your picture, but this could be caused by:

    -activty calendars

    -other predecessors

    -resource levelling

    -resource calendars

    -project calendars

    -calendar shift patterns

    hi Go to (Tool) from (Menu

    hi

     

    Go to (Tool) from (Menu Bar),choose (Schedule ),Choose (Option),in General Tab ...down of the widow you can find

    (Calender for schdeuling lag relation) --check what calender you are using in this option .
