Totals in Summary bands error

Hi..Friends , Can any one guide me to solve the problem

The totals appearing in the summary bands are incorrcet.

    Can you mention the Example here that How The Summary Bar is Showing the Wrong total??? It Can't be.I think you are confused with the Project Durations and the RelationShips.The Summary Bar calculates the total by Considering the Lag (+ve & -ve).Check it again.

    Naga,

     

    What totals are incorrect?  Budgeted Manhours?  Remaining Manhours? Duration? 

     

    Do you have any filters applied?

     

    P6 has some issues when subtotaling durations when there is lag  involved (especially the taboo negative lag), or multiple flow paths.

     

    Please provide a more detailed discription of your issue.
