Baseline Milestones

Hi Everyone,

                 Im just going to jump striaght to the point. Basically I have created a small programme for a construction job. I have created a baseline for this job to track against original dates. The problem is when i tick the boxes for displaying baseline bars and milestones, the baseline milestones follow the current project milestones. I added the columns in for baseline start and finish, which display the correct dates for the milestones. I just dont understand why the graph is showing the baseline milestone at the same date as current project milestone. Any help is greatly appreciated.
