Dear Schedulers,
As you know for the Construction project the WBS parents (level 2) should be as below then (level 3)...
1-Milestones
2- Pre-Construction
3- Design
4- Procurement
5- Construction
6- Contract Closeout
So, how it's going to be for the Oil and Gas project? Please, anyone have Oil and Gas schedule as example you can send it to me on my E-Mail (hanson_ca76@yahoo.com) with my great thanks.
