database error

Hi,
I am using P6 V7 with Oracle Database.
I cannot login into primavera.The following error message coming.
ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
I lost complete access to the primavera.I do not want to delete the software as I did not copy all the projects.
Can I have urgent help please.
