Performance Performance didnt roll up as Per the Estimated Weight ????

Hi guys,

Im a newbie to this site..


I’m facing mentioning problem regarding Est. Weight in P6.7.

I got Two WBS in Which WBS 1 having a weight age of 6.2 & WBS 2 having a weigtage of 3.8.
That means if I completed my First WBS (2nd WBS’s activities not started) my overall percentage complete should be 62%.

I assigned proper weightage to all the activities , but it didn"t rolled up WBS summary performance % as well..

The problem is After finishing WBS 1 my Overall % shown as 57.89% instead of 62% .How to recover this issue.??

How to assign Est Weightage that overall % accurately roll up in WBS & Project level .???

Guys got any thoughts???

    I do not use P6 but with a

    I do not use P6 but with a few formulas or global changes plus a script it shall be easy to do with your software.
