Hi there,

 

Am i right in thinking that in order to get the duration and labout units the same, the duration type should be set at "fixed duration and units/time"?

I want the duration to read the same as the labour units.

    i want to know why we are doing budgted labor unit = original duration?

    1st make the default

    1st make the default units/time for the resource equal to 1 then set the duration type to fixedunits/time then add the resource 

    whatever you make the budgeted unts will make the duration the same
