Corrupt? : Multiple Instances of the same project..

Has anyone has a similar issue :

When importing a contractor XER (total x5 projects), x4 Projects import fine, however the fifth comes across as well as 15 identical projects that are dumped into an unassigned NODE.

Here's the weird bit, when we change any part of the Project ID, or Project name, every single one of them change.

Any help would be appreciated if you have come across something similar..

ps. Maybe this is the proof we have been looking for : Parallel Universe!
