How to calculate the overall Performance % complete from the project sections

Hi All

 

My Project Manager requested that I advise on the sectionals Performance % complete in relation to the project overall Performance % complete. In a lame man terms how each section contribute to the overall Performance % complete, I have put in a dummy resource to roll up the column of Performance % Complete as per the Client request to report on the % complete and I did not assign cost to the activities. Can someone advise how does one workout the propotion of the sections on P6.

    you can use project tracker

    you can use project tracker to do this

    or use the activity $ complete and roll that up and summarize the data
