I am sharing a new PowerBI application, it reads xer file and show some information

 

WBS

Float

Predecessors and driving relationship

 

You need to install PowerBi desktop, which is a free application, please let me know if it works for you, and what kind of data you want to see.

    now, when you load two XER

    now, when you load two XER you can compare the float and the activity description
