Budgeted Labor Units

Dear all,

I have hammock activity Boundary wall works with no budgeted labor units  assigned to that activity.

But after updating programme this activity showing Planned Value labor Units and Earned Value Labor Units 4312 & 5778. Please advise why it showing these units automatically 

After i export this programme to another users, tse units/values are not seen. Please advise.

    it is simply summarizing the units of the activites that the LOE is summarizing.
