Some say that working in project planning and controls is super easy, so I'm wondering if anyone is looking for some hands-on PMO training?

    I am still using Sure Trak…

    I am still using Sure Trak scheduling software. I am having an issue where there is a 1-day activity with an FS tie. If the early start is Wednesday Sept. 5, the early finish date is September 6. The previous 1-day activities finish on the same day. All of the dates after that finish a day late. The next activity still starts on the correct day. Activities that have multiple days are also finishing a day late. Any ideas?
