Hi, I'm using Primavera P6, and I've attended beginners course and read most of Harris' Project planning and control using Primavera P6...

 

I find the book very usefull, but I miss the best practice discussions. Anyone read anything good or know of good resources on best practice for planning/scheduling/follow up/?

    The Chartered Institute of Building has published "Best Practice in the Control of Time in Complex Projects".

    That should be a good starting point.
