Guild of Project Controls questions

1.) Over a period of 5 years ~600 practitioners from all locations, experience levels and industry sectors collaborated, shaped and proposed what they believed to be best tested and proven practices in relation to each of the 12 knowledge domains.  The content represents what the real world global community use and consider to be PROVEN tools, techniques and practices.  The main reviewers are named at the end of each of the modules and the PP membership is continually proposing amendments and value-adds to it.

2.) The Compendium is free and for use by Guild Members.

3.) PMI and IPMA pays large less attention to planning and scheduling than before.

PMI College of Scheduling was closed, the topic of scheduling is rare at PMI Congresses, most members represent IT industry and are more interested in management of small teams in small projects. That is why Agile, Leadership, soft skills are the areas that attract most attention.

That is why Planners and Schedulers need their own professional association that can help them to develop and improve their skills.

Guild was created for meeting the needs of planners/schedulers that are not satisfied by other professional associations.

1) Is there list of these people available somewhere? I assume they are all from http://www.planningplanet.com/ ?

2) So, is this correct, that Compendium  is not available for anybody excepy guild members? How is guild then planning to get a broder acceptance of the methodology (I guess this is the end goal) if it is not even that easy to get hold of this methodology to start with?
