Piping activities

Hi,

I am very interested in learning the logic sequence of piping activities for the construction of oil and gas, from the beginning to the end, and its relationship with structural erection and equipments set-up.

    I know this does answer your question.

    How come your in th IT then you find interest in Piping activities.

    I’m just curious.

    mark,cut,install,fit,field weld,soft weld,ndt,hydrotest,re-instate and etc..........

    actually i’m very happy with oil and gas industries...
    if compare to design and maintenance side.....
    but is better if u can involve with oil and gas...

     i want total process analysis  like pipe ( 2500mm innner dia) manufacturing with 20mm thickness plate including sand blasting and black painting outer surface.

    Excavaate > Bedding > String Out > Weld > Test > Cover Joint > Side Lay in Trencg > Backfill 1 > Warning tape > Backfill 2 > FOC > Backfill 3 > Fence / Markers.

    i want rate analysis format of pipe manufacturing process.
    like how much manpower, machineries, material required and cosumed enery etc...and testing expenses.

    Pipe Delivery - Shop Fabrication - Pipe Fabrication - Pipe Welding - Blasting - Painting - Pipe field Installation Above Ground - Pipelaying on the support - Welding - Hydrotest - For the whole piping at a time-  Leak Test/Nitrogen Flushing
