Hi frnds
Iam in high rise bildg project. Now the master program approved and detailed program is developing ( con structure finished). Updating biweekly and submitting to Engr/client as per meeting repot so far so good.
I want to know how you people make report / presentation/ summary of project status for high level management. They don’t want updated program in P3. How prepare ? Export to Excel & make a tabular sheet/ or high light in the drawing? Tell me the simplest way to get to look on the project what are the activities delayed etc which I need to submit every week ( only for our internal – for Engr approved format is there) plz help me iam tail twisting in case of submitting the delayed activity and the look ahead to our management!!! If any body is having sample format plz mail me to my ID mnsanthosh@gmail.com

U can make a slide show by photos showing the status of the project, u show under each photo the actual vs. planned progress % (this can be done easily on Powerpoint or even Excel).
U can also put some actual vs. planned dates for differnet trades of the project.
U can also make a simple Word or Excel file showing the material delivery status and also the invoices status (showing claims status also).
