I want to ASK THIS QUETION : WHY ALWAYS I HERE THAT TO KEEP NU. OF ACTIVITIES SAME AND NOT TO DELETE ANY ACTIVITY (AFTER REVISION OF SCHEDULE)?

    Because you will be deleting the baseline and thus effects the EV.
