Oldest first- 0Nestor Principe ·Pricing a tender, it is common practice to intentionally make the price higher for the works in the beginning of the project and lower for the works in the end.
The idea is to get the money in the beginning. Of course there are risks.
Backloaded to me is the reverse either in costs or works.
