We need to set KPI(KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR)for our Company’s Planning Department.....and require suggestion in this regard.....

    The essence behind each process or business is to maximize the satisfaction and minimize the cost.

    You will need to monitor the time, scope and cost that took you to complete the works within your planning department.
