Can anyone pour some insight in to the commonly followed monitoring and controlling practices/ tools for Oil & Gas Fields ....

    Dear Francis,

    You need to be more specific. What are you executing that you want to monitor. Is it a Project or an Operation.

    How come it is not written in detailed in the Scope statement.
